Why Choose Cloth Diapers than Disposable Diapers
Changing your baby's diaper all the time? How much do you spend on these disposable diapers? How often do you go to the grocery store to buy another pack? How much of your salary is being cut off because of these? Be wise and just use cloth diapers! It is budget-wise, rash free, and environment friendly.
Long time ago, people use diapers and pins for their babies wastes. It was economically wise too. However, sometimes it became unadvisable because of the pins which comes off easily and sometimes even hurt the babies. Then, cloth diapers came into the market. It was a booster and it became so popular. However, as life faced its fast pace, people began choosing another option and that is by using disposable diapers. It's true that it is not time consuming and so easy to use. You just have to throw it away. The difference there is - is that we are destroying mother earth by using too much disposable diapers. The idea about the usage of disposable diapers is when you are just travelling or anywhere but home, which is the only time you should use disposable diaper. When you and your baby are at home there is no trouble in using cloth diapers. It's understood that you can't possibly wash your baby's cloth diapers in public restrooms right? However, at home, you can.
People often take it for granted to choose the easier ways in daily tasks even if it will cost them or is not environmentally friendly. Well, it really depends on you. Just take in consideration that 50 million disposable diapers end up in landfills every single day. It takes 500 years for those types of diaper to rot. Anyways, some of the materials used to make disposable diapers often irritate your baby's skin which later on develops into skin rash which makes your baby itchy and uncomfortable. Do you want that to happen?
Consider now using cloth diapers! There are many types of cloth diapers in the market now. There are what we call the Pocket diapers which are shaped to fit snugly and have snaps or Velcro sewn in for adjustability and quick, easy changes. There is also what we call the PreFolds. They are much like the original rectangular cotton flannel diapers but are thicker and come in different sizes. Prefolds are the most economical and so handy for uses other than diapering.
So you need not to worry on what to use on your baby. There are many varieties of cloth diapers you could choose from.

Frequently Asked Questions...
what size diaper does your 7 month old wear?
just curious. My daughter is 7.5 months old.. the 2's are starting to fit her just snug if you have it put on just right... the 3's are a bit roomy, but they seem much easier to get on and more obsorbant. Maybe its time to use 3s? just wondered what size diaper everyone elses 7 or 8 month old wears. She is 26 inches long, 16 lbs...
