What size human diaper would fit a male yorkie puppy best?
I heard human diapers work alot better with absorpbancy than pet diapers. I have a 7 mo. old yorkie, about 6 lbs, male. He's potty trained for the most part on his pee pad, but he he wont stay in one place while he goes... he walks while he's still going. We put our hand on his back and tell him to stay, but I wanted to use diapers for when we're not there to stop him. We're in the process of moving the pee pad closer to the door so it can eventually go outside (so he'll learn to hold it and go outside). I bought huggies diapers for humans with size "up to ten pounds" and cut a hole for the tail. This would prob be perfect for a girl, but not quite right for the male. What other brand/size diaper should I try that would be a bit higher waisted, but too big in the legs?

LOL, housebreaking him would be cheaper and you have to do it soon. (Peeing on a "pee pad" inside the house is not true housebreaking and your 7 month old pup should have been trained MONTHS ago!) If he gets that diaper off you will have one helluva mess on your hands (he'll tear it to shreds!) I suggest surfing the net for puppy training techniques or get a book on puppy training from the library. The "Pets" section on YA might be helpful too. He needs to start doing his business outside. It will take effort on your part but with patience you will be able to completely housebreak your pup. Good luck.
